Full Time Marketing Executive (Advertising - Promotion) Jobs, in Sunway Multicare Pharmacy Selangor - Maukerja

This role is responsible for sourcing and managing supplier partnerships to secure marketing support, funding, and commercial opportunities, while managing advertising and promotional initiatives to drive brand visibility and business growth.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify and engage suppliers and vendors to secure marketing funding, promotional support, and commercial opportunities.

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure marketing funding, optimize pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and community organizations to maximize co-marketing opportunities and brand exposure.

• Manage and execute trade marketing, shopper activation, and promotional campaigns, including contests, roadshows, sampling, and product launches.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources in line with approved targets.

• Collaborate with Area and Outlet Managers to implement and maintain marketing campaigns and planograms across outlets.

• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, market trends, competitor activities, and store-level performance to identify opportunities for improvement and sales growth.

• Develop and implement strategies with suppliers and internal teams to drive category, brand, and business growth.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the retail pharmacy, healthcare industry, or FMCG is preferred. 

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content ideas.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel for work-related purposes.
