Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Earthwork & Infrastructure
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Excel, Word, AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel and work outstations.
• Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision. Prefer a candidate who possesses of own transport as site visit.

Responsibility

• Pre and cost contract management including tender, estimation, progress claim, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants, sourcing and calling for a quotation for comparison.
• Cost estimation, quantity take-off, and claim preparation.
