Job Responsibilities
Support daily healthcare operations and coordination.
Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
Consolidate and analyze data from different sources.
Use Excel and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
Check and follow up on data discrepancies.
Prepare reports and insights for management.
Support process improvements and new initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Administration, or related fields.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and formulas.
