Responsibilities
Arrange appointments with homeowners.
Hand over condominium units to homeowners.
Brief homeowners on the defect submission process.
Respond promptly to homeowners' enquiries and feedback.
Liaise with the developer on unit defects and homeowners' feedback.
Monitor the progress of defect rectification works.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Relevant experience in customer service or residential development is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
