Company Description An established global manufacturer of high-precision sensor technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service (Order Processing) Executive. This role focuses heavily on the administrative and operational side of the sales cycle, ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and delivered efficiently.

Role Description

• Receive, verify, and process high-volume customer purchase orders accurately into the company's internal ERP system.
• Handle order fulfillment from end-to-end, including tracking order status, managing delivery schedules, and preparing necessary shipping documentation.
• Act as the primary internal contact for clients regarding order updates, stock availability, lead times, and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve shipment delays or logistical issues.
• Issue commercial documents such as order confirmations, delivery orders, and invoices to customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, product returns, or replacement orders.
• Maintain clean and organized digital customer files and update order databases regularly.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years prior experience in order management, customer service administration, data entry, or logistics support is an advantage but not required.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Basic familiarity with ERP software (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle repetitive data tasks with high accuracy.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with customers and internal logistics teams.
