Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
Provide event administrative and operational support.
Receive general instructions on new projects.
Sourcing for event supplies· Able to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives.
Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint· No experience is welcomed.
Possess good communication skills· Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary
Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned· Able to multi-task and work independently, with good time-management and organizational skills
Knowledge on graphic design is a plus bonus
Senior position is open to candidates with more experience.
