Full Time Corporate Legal Executive Jobs, in Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Our client, a state-owned entity (SOE) within the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a Corporate Legal Executive to join their team.

Reporting to the Legal Counsel, the Corporate Legal Executive will provide legal and operational support across a broad range of corporate, commercial and governance matters. The incumbent will support commercial contract review, corporate governance, legal and regulatory research, intellectual property and confidentiality matters, corporate transactions and legal operations, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.

The role will also independently manage routine legal matters, maintain legal and corporate records, monitor contractual obligations and support legal process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Law, Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a legal support capacity, ideally within the Manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with NDAs, service agreements, customers & supplier agreements, and IP
• Working knowledge of corporate governance, statutory documentation, regulatory matters and legal compliance
