Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, technically proficient, and results-oriented Technical Operations Manager to lead our regional systems deployment, infrastructure maintenance, and data engineering teams. In this critical leadership role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for managing the full lifecycle of regional technical operations, technical service level agreements (SLAs), and hardware/software engineering workflows.Operating from our central Beach Road hub, you will bridge the gap between global business unit leads, front-office consulting teams, and backend data operations squads to ensure that all infrastructure deliverables are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with corporate digital safety frameworks.Key Responsibilities
- Regional Operations Management: Direct the day-to-day scheduling, system infrastructure updates, and performance execution of the technical support and data engineering crews across the APAC region.
- Workflow & SLA Optimization: Establish, track, and monitor operational performance metrics (KPIs) to eliminate technical service delivery backlogs and maintain strict alignment with regional customer SLAs.
- System Architecture Governance: Monitor system latency parameters, compute asset capacities, and transactional data logs; identify data integration issues and clear network architecture bottlenecks.
- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Provide rapid, decisive tier 3 technical troubleshooting to resolve complex enterprise system failures, tracking software/hardware bugs, and executing root cause diagnostic logs.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as a primary, high-touch point of contact for global business partners, cloud infrastructure vendors, and regional project managers regarding technical specifications and platform integrations.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Monitor regional technical operational expenditures, manage hardware asset inventory allocations, and evaluate vendor pricing matrices to minimize working capital waste.
- Data Governance Compliance: Enforce rigid compliance with corporate information security standards, risk management protocols, data privacy guidelines, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a highly quantitative STEM discipline.
- Technical Stack: Deep engineering knowledge of core routing/switching protocols, Windows/Linux server environments, virtualized structures, and relational database querying using SQL. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for metrics tracking is required.
- Experience: Prior experience (3–5 years) in a technical operations manager, senior system administrator, or regional infrastructure support lead role—specifically within an enterprise SaaS, tech consulting, or multi-client B2B advisory sector—is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder management style.

Pay: $6,700.00 - $15,000.00 per month
