About the Roles

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction & Engineering industry, with opportunities to work islandwide and an office based in the West. This permanent role offers a 5.5-day workweek (Mon–Fri: 9.00am–6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am–1.00pm) and a competitive salary package with performance bonuses. You will play a pivotal role in managing plumbing and sanitary projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead plumbing and sanitary installation projects, overseeing them from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise on-site teams, perform site inspections, and monitor work quality.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and address issues promptly.
• Manage project costs, procure necessary materials, and maintain accurate expense records.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely progress updates.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support project objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in plumbing, sanitary, or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Ability to perform site inspections and work safely in construction environments.
