[What the role is]

The Tax Programme Management (TPM) division supports the organisation in monitoring, developing and managing tax initiatives. The team also works closely with internal stakeholders and the IT department to ensure that portals and systems run reliably and efficiently, enabling smooth programme delivery for Singapore enterprises.

[What you will be working on]

This portfolio plays a key part in driving the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of FET's tax and grant portals.

System Administration and Technical Support

  • You will administer and maintain FET's tax and grant portals, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational continuity
  • Coordinate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate and track issues through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to portal operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve system processes and workflows, and work with relevant teams to implement enhancements

Data Management and Reporting

  • Manage and maintain accurate data records across the tax and grant portals, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making and programme monitoring
  • Analyse data trends and surface insights to inform operational improvements

Stakeholder and Issue Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for system-related queries from internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Document technical issues, system changes, and process updates to maintain clear and up-to-date records
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system upgrades, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth implementation

[What we are looking for]

What You'll Be Using and Applying

  • Relevant certification, diploma, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to administer and manage enterprise portals or systems, with an understanding of system maintenance, access management, and data integrity practices
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting, including the ability to extract, organise, and present data clearly to support operational and management needs
  • Experience identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, working with IT teams to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Familiarity with system documentation practices, including maintaining records of system changes, issue logs, and process updates
