Responsibilities
Perform Sales Activities for the Full Range of Services
, including but not limited to:
Valve Services
Spare Parts & Components Sales
Field Service
Technical Support (e.g., Troubleshooting)
Component Repair
Engineering Services
Revamps
Monitoring and Diagnostics
Compressor Technology Training
Key Duties
Collaborate with and support the team to achieve both company and personal objectives.
Play a direct role in delivering after-sales support services.
Agent management: Establish realistic goals and expectations for agents, and track their performance to enhance and grow overall sales.
Build new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.
Manage and interpret customer requirements.
Travel to meet current and potential customers.
Develop and monitor the market in the assigned territory in line with the company's core business.
Deliver technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, and applications guidance.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with BCAG/X counterparts for respective support.
Ensure business objectives are achieved within the given timeline.
Execute pre-sales and post-sales marketing activities/plans aimed at growing the served market, developing un-served market segments, creating a new customer base, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Assist in providing sales forecasts and market reports/market intelligence.
Manage the customer database in CRM.
Work within a multi-functional team to deliver sales targets.
Support marketing efforts, customer events, and exhibitions.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering is preferred.
4 to 6 years of working experience in industrial sales (refinery/petrochemical/chemical). Experience in after-sales service of gas compressors/rotating equipment is an added advantage.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of achievement and a customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
Available for travel when necessary.
