We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and motivated Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our dental clinic team. The successful candidate will assist dentists in providing quality patient care while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Assist with patient preparation and provide basic chairside support.
• Maintain proper cleanliness, sterilisation, and infection control procedures.
• Ensure dental instruments and equipment are properly prepared before and after treatment.
• Assist with clinic opening, closing, and general daily operations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.
• Assist with stock checking and maintaining adequate dental supplies.
• Handle basic administrative tasks when required.
• Take basic dental clinic photos and videos for social media content.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Perform other duties assigned by the dentist or management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA).
• Fresh candidates with relevant dental qualifications may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work on rotational shifts.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing for social media is an added advantage.
• Comfortable using smartphones and social media platforms to create basic content.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
