Full Time Contract Executive - QS Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Intiga Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the role

INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Executive to support project success through effective cost management and coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams. This role contributes to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the required standards.

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates and construction budgets
• Take-off quantities from construction drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents
• Manage tendering, sourcing, and evaluation
• Monitor construction costs, variations, and progress claims
• Verify site work progress
• Prepare monthly cost reports
• Handle final accounts and project cost close-out
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1-3 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Able to read drawings and do measurement accurately
• Good Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on-site and under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and responsible
