Full Time AI Operations Strategist Jobs, in Charterhouse Partnership - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced AI / Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to join a global financial services organisation in a newly created APAC role.

This is a highly hands-on and business-facing position, sitting at the intersection of AI, engineering and the front office. You will work directly with business leaders and front-office teams across APAC to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and turn these ideas into practical solutions that can be deployed and scaled.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building technology that solves real business problems, rather than working purely from predefined technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders and front-office teams across APAC to identify high-value opportunities for AI, automation and workflow improvement.
• Understand business processes, pain points and information flows, and translate these into practical technology solutions.
• Design, prototype and build AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations.
• Work across LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, data extraction and workflow orchestration.
• Take solutions through the full lifecycle — from discovery and proof of concept through to production deployment and user adoption.
• Work closely with Technology, Architecture, Security, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.

You should have:

• Strong software engineering or AI engineering experience, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience building solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs and workflow automation.
• Strong programming experience, particularly Python, alongside cloud and API-based development.
• Experience taking AI/technology solutions from concept to production.
• The ability to engage directly with senior business stakeholders and translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Good understanding of software architecture, security, testing, governance and production deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to move quickly while operating within appropriate governance and risk frameworks.
