Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and ensuring effective execution across all functions of Family Wellbeing Sdn Bhd. On a day-to-day basis, the CEO leads the senior management team, oversees operations, and ensures the organization meets financial, service, and impact targets. This includes driving business planning, reviewing performance metrics, guiding resource allocation, and maintaining strong governance and compliance practices. The CEO builds and maintains relationships with partners, clients, regulators, and stakeholders, representing the organization in key meetings and public forums. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, developing sales and partnership strategies, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to oversee budgeting, financial performance, and long-term organizational sustainability.
• Proven capabilities in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s mission.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and revenue generation, including partnership development and market expansion.
• Extensive executive leadership experience, ideally as CEO or in senior management within healthcare, wellbeing, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization at senior levels.
• Track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort in data-driven and impact-focused environments.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Business, Finance, Management, Public Health, or a related field; postgraduate or MBA is an advantage.
