What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate the facial team
• Oversee daily outlet operations & treatment standards
• Drive sales, packages & customer retention
• Train and coach therapists
• Handle customer enquiries & feedback
• Manage facial products, stock & equipment

What We’re Looking For
️ Experience in facial/beauty industry
️ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
️ Strong sales & customer service skills
️ Good communication and team management skills
️ Positive, responsible & proactive attitude

Location: Singapore
Salary: Basic + Commission / Incentives
Working Schedule: 6-day work week
