Full Time Operation Engineer Jobs, in Leopad Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist branches and HQ with daily operational matters.
• Monitor SOA, collection advice, debtor ageing and outstanding issues.
• Analyse billing, inventory and back-charge data.
• Monitor branch inventory and identify stagnant or obsolete items.
• Maintain and reconcile branch asset records for vehicles, plant and machinery.
• Monitor branch budgets, forecasts and actual performance.
• Prepare monthly branch operation and project analysis reports.
• Prepare project cash flow and three-month forecasts.
• Prepare project P&L, post-mortem and closure reports.
• Monitor BG, LC, insurance, performance bonds and retention sums.
• Follow up on AFP and DPR submissions from assigned branches.
• Coordinate with Finance, AP, Procurement, HR and other departments on operational matters.
• Conduct branch and client visits to resolve pending issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination or industrial services (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Willing to travel to project sites and branches when required.
