Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for construction projects.
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks to monitor workmanship and materials.
Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality-related documents.
Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
Provide quality training and guidance to project teams.
Support external audits and client inspections.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of construction quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
Good understanding of local building regulations and safety requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
