Responsibilities
Job Overview
Our client, a property investment company, is seeking an Accounts Executive to independently manage full sets of accounts for multiple Singapore-incorporated entities.
Working Arrangements
Location: 47 Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore
Employment type: Permanent
Working days: 5 days per week
Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare timely management accounts and financial reports.
Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Review invoices, payments, receipts and banking transactions.
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support rental and leasing-related billing processes.
Prepare GST returns for GST-registered entities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Liaise with external tax agents on corporate income tax matters.
Coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers on statutory matters.
Liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders on accounting and audit matters.
Monitor cash flow and funding requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
ACCA or CPA qualification.
At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proven ability to handle full sets of accounts independently.
Employment Terms
14 days of annual leave.
3-month probation period.
No AWS or variable bonus.
