Responsibilities
Job Summary
Provide psychological assessment and intervention to diverse client groups, delivering services both in-person and virtually while maintaining clinical documentation and collaborating within a client-centred team.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate mental health needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual and group client needs to support mental well-being
Provide therapeutic services through in-person sessions and virtual platforms to ensure client accessibility and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and manage case files in compliance with professional and ethical standards
Collaborate within a small, experienced team to uphold autonomy, integrity, and client-centred care principles
Apply professional maturity and ethical judgment in clinical decision-making and reflective practice
Demonstrate competence in managing a broad range of client presentations across different age groups
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution
Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
Demonstrate ability to work competently across a range of client presentations and age groups
Exhibit strong ethical grounding, professional maturity, and a commitment to reflective practice
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess training or show interest in trauma-informed, somatic, and/or systems-based interventions
