Job Description
Responsibilities
Service
• Greet and provide excellent customer service.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders are delivered.
• Clear and clean tables quickly to maintain restaurant cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Cashier duties and perform other duties as assigned.
Kitchen
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning, marinating, etc.).
• Support chefs in cooking and plating food according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (NEA/SFA guidelines).
• Receive, check, and properly store food supplies and ingredients.
• Dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO method).
• Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Valid Food Hygiene certificate • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or food preparation is a plus.
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. •Singaporean and PR Only.
*For part time min 3-4 days per week with 6 hours per shift.*
