Full Time Sales Manager (Marine - Offshore) Jobs, in RRecruiter - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sector
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, shipowners, contractors, and offshore operators
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project follow-ups
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve individual and team sales KPIs and targets
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in the marine, offshore, shipbuilding, or maritime industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new business, and managing key customer accounts.
• Experience in tender preparation, quotation management, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions.
• Good technical understanding of marine/offshore equipment, products, systems, or services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
