Summary Benefit :

• Basic up to $4000++

• 5 days work day, Office Hour

• Location : West

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with customer requirements.

• Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations and standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead lifting operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

• Direct and support the department in carrying out both routine and ad-hoc tasks.

• Attend and contribute to daily meetings, including production and overtime discussions.

• Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, including manpower allocation and utilization.

• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

• Conduct regular performance reviews to enhance staff productivity and growth.

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in marine, heavy industries, or construction sectors

• Skilled in reading and interpreting both standard and complex lifting plans

• Possess Certified Lifting Supervisor License
