Full Time Business Development Manager - Data Centre Jobs, in CAPEFRONT Energies - Maukerja

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the data center market while supporting cross-business unit initiatives.

• Formulate and execute a strategic growth plan for the data center segment, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

• Develop and deliver presentations and market insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Partner with the technical team to conduct site visits, technical assessments, and solution evaluations in support of customer projects.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companv's data center solutions portfolio, including cables, connectivity products, and other relevant technologies.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and growth opportunities within the data center industry.

• Monitor and interpret industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to data center infrastructure and operations.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with marketing knowledge, or a related field.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 8 years of work experience acquired from the Data Centre (or a similar industry) or a large system integrator. Experience in driving the brand through consultants, distributors, and partners' training and events. Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient knowledge of cabling solutions associated with Structured Cabling, Building Management Systems (Access Controls), Security, Fire Safety, etc.

• Good understanding of structured cabling solutions.

• Strong knowledge in managing vendors and end users.

• Good command of English. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
