Full Time SITE ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in GVENT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

2. 3–5 years(or more) of relevant experience in M & E-Systems design, installation, or maintenance.

3. Experience in construction, building services, or facilities management projects in Singapore

4. Familiar with local codes such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA)requirements.
5. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, plumbing, and ACMV systems

6. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (e.g., Revit), and MS Office.
7. Design, review, and coordinate M&E systems for construction projects

8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

9. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities

10. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning

11. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.

12. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and WSHregulations

13. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

14. Singapore project experience is highly preferred.

15. Prepare, submit, and track monthly progress claims in accordance with contract requirements

16. Measure and verify completed M&E works on-site for claim submissions

17. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to certify work done

18. Evaluate subcontractor claims and ensure accuracy before recommendation

19. Monitor project budget, cost control, and cash flow related to M&E works

20. Handle variation orders (VO), including cost estimation and supporting documentation

21. Preference will begiven to candidates who can start work immediately and are currently based in Singapore.
