Responsibilities
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Contract: Maternity Coverage until 30 October 2026
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 42 hours/week
Work Arrangement: On-site, no WFH
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month
Start: Immediate / As soon as possible
We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Development to support the planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship programmes for healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and administration of fellowship and scholarship schemes
• Assist with fund acquisition planning and coordination
• Facilitate the selection process and ensure proper documentation
• Support claims processing and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate and organise the annual awards ceremony for scholarship recipients
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
• Provide administrative and operational support for talent development initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Recognised Degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager level
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Independent, resourceful and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commence soonest and commit until 30 October 2026
