Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Freight Coordinator to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya (KUL) and Penang.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for:
- Coordinating import and export shipments
- Liaising with customers, carriers, agents, and vendors
- Ensuring timely cargo delivery
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation
- Supporting billing, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Hands-on experience in import and export coordination
Familiar with shipping documentation and compliance requirements
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred
