Full Time Retail Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in STONE FOR GOLD PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products, materials and customisation options
• Provide customers with accurate product, leather and pricing information
• Drive retail sales and work towards individual and team sales targets
• Follow up with potential customers and sales enquiries
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
• Ensure customer orders and customisation requirements are recorded accurately
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and retail display
• Assist with day to day retail operations and upkeep of the store
• Develop strong knowledge of Stone For Gold's products, materials and craftsmanship
• Support the team during launches, events, activations and other retail activities when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Confident in approaching, engaging and communicating with customers
• Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling customised orders
• Professional, well presented and customer focused
• Responsible, punctual and proactive
• Willing and eager to learn about leather, craftsmanship and bespoke products
• Comfortable working towards sales targets
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Strong interest in cars, watches, leather goods, luxury products or craftsmanship is highly preferred
• Able to start within a short notice period is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or retail experience preferred
• Experience in luxury retail, watches, automotive, fashion or lifestyle products is an advantage
• Relevant retail or sales qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory
