About The Job
As the Market Data Lead, you will act as the key market single point of contact for all local data migration and Master Data Management (MDM) deployment activities. In this critical role, you will lead local data governance, cleansing, and validation efforts to ensure seamless system transitions and data integrity.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business groups, IT teams, external vendors, and global wave data teams. Operating in an agile, fast-paced environment, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and local business SMEs, driving organizational change and aligning local processes with global standards.

About The Job
As the Market Data Lead, you will act as the key market single point of contact for all local data migration and Master Data Management (MDM) deployment activities. In this critical role, you will lead local data governance, cleansing, and validation efforts to ensure seamless system transitions and data integrity.
- Data Ownership & Scope: Own the market-specific Data Object Scope, map local master data to the global data model, and ensure local data owners and MDM roles are assigned and trained.
- Migration & Quality Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute data transformation and cleansing, resolving quality issues like duplicates or incorrect mappings alongside functional SMEs.
- Testing & Cutover: Lead data validation and sign-offs during mock loads, migration testing, and cutover rehearsals, translating defect analysis into actionable rule improvements.
- Hypercare & Reporting: Provide on-site hypercare support for post-go-live data incidents, mitigate data risks, and maintain status transparency with key stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Strong background in SAP S/4HANA data migrations (ECC to S/4, CPG preferred), familiarity with ETL tools (such as SAP Data Services) or Python, and willingness to travel during deployment phases.
