Responsibilities
Location: Somerset
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary: Up to $3,000
Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.
Job Scope:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and supplier documents, reporting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory records, process daily goods movements, and support stock counts, audits, and replenishment monitoring.
Manage receiving and storage areas, ensuring proper handling, organisation, cleanliness, and timely distribution of goods to relevant departments.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, Finance, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, procurement, and operational standards.
Job Requirements:
Experience in receiving, storekeeping, inventory control, or a related role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy with basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
Good English communication skills with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
Physically fit, responsible, and able to handle goods and deliveries with a positive and proactive attitude.
