The Role

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to own a key section in our kitchen at the newvenue. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality food across service, and play an important role in training and guiding the Commis team.

What You'll Be Doing

•      Own and execute your designated kitchen section to a consistently high standard

•      Work closely with theSous Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and kitchen flow during service

•      Train, guide, and support Commis Chefs in your section

•      Manage mise en place, prep, and section readiness before every service

•      Monitor portion control, waste, and food cost within your section

•      Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene compliance at your station

•      Support the Sous Chef across other sections and kitchen operations as required

Who YouAre

•      2 to 4 years of kitchen experience with proven CDP or section ownership experience

•      Strong technical skills across your primary section — cold, hot, or pastry

•      You take pride inconsistency and mentor those around you naturally

•      Reliable, focused, and able to perform under service pressure

•      A team player who communicates well up and down the kitchen hierarchy

•      Experience in a café or all-day dining environment is a plus
