is looking for a passionate
Pilates Instructor
to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellbeing through guided movement and personalised care.
Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, or equipment-based) as scheduled;
Deliver sessions in alignment with the organization’s rehabilitation and wellness philosophy;
Modify and adapt exercises to accommodate clients with varying fitness levels, injuries, or medical conditions;
Provide clear instruction, demonstration, and supervision to ensure correct movement and technique;
Having and maintaining a working knowledge of the human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercises, physiological effects of massage and effects of therapeutic modalities;
Managing the client booking system which includes contacting clients over the phone for their initial appointment, calling clients who have not arrived and rescheduling them if necessary, issuing invoices, keeping accounts for payment and collection of payment at the end of each session.
Any other adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year Pilates teaching experience
Certified as a Pilates Instructor from an internationally recognised Pilates Institution (e.g., STOTT, Polestar, or other Pilates Institution)
Trained to work with different populations, special conditions and injuries.
Strong knowledge of Reformer Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
