Full Time Clinic Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Nexus Boost Digital Solution Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and update patient records.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Answer phone calls and attend to patient enquiries.
• Assist doctors during consultations and basic medical procedures.
• Dispense medication according to doctor's instructions.
• Handle payment collection, billing, and issuance of receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of consultation rooms and waiting areas.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and clinic inventory.
• Prepare and submit insurance or panel claims, if applicable.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Min 1-2 years experience, prior experience in a clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use clinic management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Responsible, caring, and able to maintain patient confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Clinic Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
