Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer (Electrical & Electronic) role based in Bidur. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain electrical and electronic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical requirements, preparing circuit designs and diagrams, troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults, and performing tests and inspections to meet quality and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with production and maintenance teams, coordinating with external vendors where necessary, and documenting technical work, specifications, and reports. The engineer is expected to contribute to process improvements, support preventive maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with the ability to apply these principles in industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Engineering and Circuit Design, including reading schematics and using relevant design tools.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and proposing effective technical solutions.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Willingness to participate in shift work or overtime when required to support operations.
