Roles & Responsibilities

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
• Chief Cook to lead our kitchen operations. The Chief Cook will be responsible for planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and managing daily food preparation. This role requires strong leadership, creativity in cooking, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality meals.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to set menus and customer requirements

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs

• Develop new recipes and improve existing dishes to enhance customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with management to meet service and operational goals
