Job Description:

• Be stationed and control crowd at each respective areas as assigned (i.e. lift & counter area).
• Provide assistance & support to customers and patients and attend to all their enquiries.
• Direct customers and patients to their desired locations.
• Assist customers and patients to fill up the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code/tablets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Fresh graduate or those that are waiting for study intakes are encouraged to apply!
• Has working experience with direct contact i.e. customers/patients is an added advantage.
• Able to commit fully/partially to the below:
• Monday to Friday : 7:30pm to 4:30pm
• Saturday : 8am to 1pm
• Sunday & Public Holiday : Off
• On the job training & uniform will be provided!

Hiring process:
