Job Description;

• Build and improve DevOps/DevSecOps automation and CI/CD workflows.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools such as Terraform/ARM/Bicep.
• Monitor and improve application performance using Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Splunk, or similar tools.
• Develop scripts/code for troubleshooting and permanent incident remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement, resilience, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Partner closely with development teams to embed SRE and operational excellence practices.
• Strong Site Reliability Engineering skills, including reliability, availability, performance, and resilience practices.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex production issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Experience with Software Development (e.g., scripting or programming in languages such as Python, C#, or similar) to build tools and automation.
• Hands-on System Administration skills for Linux and/or Windows, including monitoring, patching, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure management, such as cloud platforms (Azure preferred), networking basics, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) and incident management processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experieence
