Full Time Key Account Manager - (FMCG - Beauty - Personal Care) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Talentvis Federal Territory - Maukerja

Location: Office still in setup process, located at Midvalley area

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Lead and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts (e.g., Lotus’s, Watsons, Guardian, AEON) to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• JBP & Trading Terms: Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and commercial terms with key retail buyers.
• Sales Execution: Ensure high distribution coverage, on-shelf availability, prominent in-store visibility, and promotional excellence alongside local distributors and field teams.
• Trade Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute impactful BTL promotional calendars tailored to market trends.
• Operations & AR: Oversee distributor operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, product returns, and Accounts Receivable (AR) governance.
• Market Insights: Analyze competitor activity and retail performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Regional Scope: Support market expansion into Singapore’s Modern Trade channel as required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in B2B Sales / Key Account Management within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
• Industry: Prior experience managing FMCG, Mass Beauty, or Personal Care brands is strongly preferred (e.g., Safi, Aiken, Simple, or similar).
• Distributor Operations: Practical experience handling distributor models, including deliveries, returns, and AR collections.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
