Work from Home Lead Collection Point Auditor (Remote) Jobs, in Cirqlr - Maukerja

CIRQLR is recruiting a Lead Collection Point Auditor to lead and coordinate a mobile audit team within one of three regions: East Central, South East or South. You will support the mobilisation of a major new National Recycling Initiative, helping ensure thousands of business collection locations are accurately assessed and ready for service launch.

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate and allocate work across a regional team of mobile Collection Point Auditors.
• Prioritise higher-volume, higher-risk and more complex collection locations for site visits.
• Quality-check audit information covering access, storage, servicing arrangements and site restrictions.
• Take ownership of escalated or disputed sites and work with customers to agree practical solutions.
• Coach and train auditors to maintain safe, accurate and consistent audit standards.
• Report on audit progress, site readiness, risks and outstanding actions during mobilisation.
• Maintain an ongoing audit capability for new or changed sites once the service is live.

What we are looking for

• Experience leading a field-based audit, survey, inspection or operational team.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with experience resolving complex site or service issues.
• Excellent quality assurance, data validation and organisational skills.
• Experience training, coaching and coordinating a mobile team across a wide area.
• A calm, methodical approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within your region.
• Experience in logistics, waste and recycling, utilities or facilities is desirable.
