IT Intern Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,000 in PUMA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The intern will support day-to-day IT operations and assist with various IT projects, providing exposure to IT support, systems, hardware, software and digital solutions in a corporate environment.

Duration: 6 months
Period: October 2026 – March 2027

Task 1: Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through procedures to determine source of error.

Task 2: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related inquiries

• Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or outsourced provider.

Task 3: Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems

• Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products.
• Installs personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment. Makes adjustments to computer systems or peripheral equipment as needed.
• Installs, configures, troubleshoots and responds to user concerns for desktops, laptops.

Task 4: Trains users on software and hardware on-site

Task 5: Ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
