Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Solution/Application Architect with strong expertise in application modernization, Azure PaaS, DevOps and GitHub Enterprise. The role involves designing secure, scalable Azure solutions, leading cloud migration initiatives, and working closely with clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application modernization and migration to Azure PaaS.
• Design scalable and secure Azure architectures using App Service, Azure Functions, AKS and Azure Container Instances.
• Lead Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise Cloud migrations, including repository migration and post-migration validation.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code strategies using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform/ARM.
• Analyze application dependencies, configurations and migration pathways.
• Lead customer workshops, solution design, HLD, RFP/RFI, SOW and PoC activities.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, security, monitoring and Log Analytics.
• Provide technical leadership to development/DevOps teams and senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 10–12+ years in Application Development / Architecture.
• Strong Azure PaaS experience – App Service, Functions, AKS/ACI.
• Application modernization and cloud migration experience.
• Azure DevOps + GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• Experience with ADO → GitHub migration; GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI) is preferred.
• GitHub Actions, CI/CD and Git repository management.
• Docker & Kubernetes/AKS.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Node.js or Python.
