Responsibilities
Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 9.00aM – 6.00pm / Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
Location: Ubi
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare drawings, models and design documents for new construction and renovation projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
Review shop drawings, material samples and submissions from subcontractors.
Maintain accurate project drawings, records and documentation.
Assist in resolving design and technical issues during construction.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and standards.
Support improvements to drafting processes and standards.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Drafter / Coordinator.
Experience in construction projects, preferably landed house projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and architectural drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
