Clinic Genie is a Singapore-based marketing agency dedicated exclusively to private and specialist medical clinics. The team focuses on helping clinics win online bookings by improving their visibility and credibility across digital channels. Using a comprehensive growth engine that spans SEO, SEM, branding, web, content, photo and video, social media, and AI search, Clinic Genie designs strategies based on how patients genuinely search and decide. All campaigns are built to comply with Singapore’s healthcare advertising guidelines from the outset, prioritizing honest, responsible messaging that protects and grows each clinic’s reputation.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive and Admin role based in Bukit Merah. The role involves planning and executing clinic marketing campaigns across digital channels, supporting branding and content initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams and clinic clients to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and handling basic sales and client follow-up tasks. The role also covers general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, managing documentation, and supporting operational processes to keep projects organized and on track.


Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and implement marketing plans, with skills in Market Planning and Marketing.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing patient and market insights, with skills in Market Research.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clinic clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, with skills in Sales to support client outreach and follow-ups.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media, and web content management systems).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and accountable work style.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare or agency settings is an advantage.
