Full Time Transport Operation Executive (Non-Halal) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Freight Mark Trans Network Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Transport Executive (Non-Halal) to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transport planning, driver scheduling, fleet compliance, customer coordination, and transporter management, while supervising a team of 3 Transport Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations

• Plan, arrange and monitor daily transport orders from dispatch through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate closely with customers, drivers, and third-party transporters to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and follow up on any delays or operational issues.
• Handle delivery exceptions, including delays, cargo damage, and customer complaints, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain transport documents, operational reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure transportation activities comply with company procedures and service requirements.

Driver & Fleet Management

• Prepare driver duty rosters and monitor driver attendance and availability.
• Coordinate daily driver assignments based on operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle road tax and PUSPAKOM expiry dates and ensure timely renewal and inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle and fleet-related documents.
• Follow up on vehicle-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Team Management

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3 Transport Coordinators.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure smooth transport operations.
• Support and cover the team's operational duties when required.
• Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achieves the required service levels.
• Provide coaching and support to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

On-Call & Operational Support

• Be available for on-call support when required to manage urgent operational matters.
• Respond promptly to driver incidents, delivery delays, breakdowns, and other transportation emergencies.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, customers, and transporters to resolve urgent issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or a related operational environment.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of transportation operations, driver scheduling, and fleet administration.
• Familiarity with vehicle documentation, road tax, and PUSPAKOM requirements.
• Willing to be on-call when required to support urgent transport matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
