Quality Control Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Big Move Marketing Kedah - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QC Executive to oversee quality control activities and ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products comply with company, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily QC activities throughout the production process.
• Ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet established quality specifications and standards.
• Review and analyse QC inspection, testing, and monitoring results.
• Investigate quality issues, defects, and non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain and review QC documentation, records, reports, and related quality procedures.
• Assist in preparing for and managing internal and external audits, inspections, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and guide QC Assistants in carrying out inspection and quality control activities.
• Support the development, review, and improvement of SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Prepare regular QC reports and highlight quality issues to management.
• Ensure QC equipment and testing activities are properly maintained and conducted according to procedures.
• Perform other duties related to quality assurance and control as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
