Workday Integrations Consultant

Area of Expertise:

EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST WebServices, XSLT/XML

Job Description:

·      Assess and analyze integration requirements anddesign built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services

·      Troubleshoot reported integration issues anddefects, translating them into clear technical specifications and actionableconfiguration or code changes.

·      Manage the full incident and service requestlifecycle - including issue assessment, impact analysis, prioritization, build,SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

·      Maintain integration documentation includingdata mapping and error-handling logic

·      Collaborate with functional teams (HCM,Financials) across AMS and CR teams and external system owners on integrationdependencies

·      Engage with business stakeholders to clarifyrequirements and manage expectations on SLAs for IR/SRs

o  Track and report on IR/SR status and resolutionprogress

Required: Hands-on Workday integrations experience(EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio); SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT; troubleshootingintegration errors and data mapping

Good to Have: Workday Integrationscertification; advanced Workday Studio/XSLT; governance exposure in largeprogram environments, functional knowledge in Finance or HCM areas
