- Coordinate recruitment activities between Singapore employers and overseas recruitment partners.
- Conduct market research and identify manpower recruitment trends and opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations and manpower service agreements.
- Manage client relationships and provide manpower solutions based on clients' business requirements.
- Monitor recruitment projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely placement of workers.
- Assist in developing business strategies and improving recruitment service processes.
