We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer to join our PR agency in Singapore.

You’ll work closely with our PR and creative teams on real client projects across hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, design, beauty and more - from events and launches to social-first campaigns. You’ll be involved in bringing ideas to life from concept and shoot to final edit, while building a portfolio of work across different brands and industries.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, has a good eye for visuals and isn’t afraid to get involved. We want someone who can execute a brief while also bringing their own ideas to the table - whether that’s suggesting a better angle, spotting an interesting moment on set or thinking of how a piece of content could perform better on social. There’s plenty of room to experiment, develop your own creative style and see your work go out into the world.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for our clients across social media, campaigns, events and other PR initiatives
• Work with the social media team to develop video concepts, storyboards and shot lists
• Film on location at events, restaurants, hotels, product launches, media activities and other client shoots
• Bring creative direction and brand guidelines to life through framing, movement, lighting and composition
• Capture social-first content with an understanding of hooks, pacing, transitions and B-roll
• Edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok, as well as longer-form video when required
• Add music, subtitles, graphics, transitions, colour adjustments and other post-production elements
• Adapt footage into different formats and versions depending on the platform or campaign objective
• Stay on top of social media trends, emerging formats and visual styles
• Organise and manage footage so files are properly labelled, stored and handed over on time
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms and be proactive about identifying new content opportunities
• Support photography and other visual content production when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on experience in videography, photography and/or video editing, whether through school projects, personal projects, freelance work or previous work experience
• A strong eye for composition, framing, lighting and visual storytelling
• Comfortable shooting video using a mobile phone or other available video equipment
• Proficiency in at least one video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Higgsfield or CapCut
• Familiarity with social media formats and an understanding of what makes content engaging on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Able to take creative direction while also bringing your own ideas and perspective to a shoot
• Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Comfortable working on location and adapting to different environments, clients and shoot requirements
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Willingness to learn, experiment and develop your creative skills
• Based in Singapore and comfortable working primarily from home, with regular on-location shoots across Singapore as required. This is not a remote position.

Sharing a portfolio or showreel via cloud is strongly encouraged. This can include personal projects, social media content, school projects, freelance work or anything that demonstrates your ability to shoot and edit video.
