Full Time Head of Finance Jobs, in VHR Consultancy Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our client is one of Malaysia’s leading aluminium solutions providers with strong market presence and established customer base.

As the company prepares for its upcoming IPO listing, they are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Finance to lead the finance team and play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial operations, governance and cash flow management during this exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a finance team of 4.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Drive effective cash flow and working capital management.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support the company’s financing and cash flow requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support finance-related requirements and preparations for the company’s upcoming IPO listing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and other external stakeholders.
• Work closely with production, operations and management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and reporting systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial governance.
• Provide hands-on support across the finance function when required.

Requirements

1. CA / MIA qualification is required, in line with the company’s IPO listing requirements.
2. Solid exposure to manufacturing finance and accounting experience, with managerial exposure.
3. Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow and working capital management.
4. Good banking relationships and experience dealing with financial institutions will be an added advantage.
5. Confident, independent and decisive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Hands-on leader who is comfortable being involved in both strategic and operational matters.
7. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
