Responsibility

[Electrical & Instrumentation]

• Set up, calibrate and troubleshoot electrical equipment and tools 

• Support to carry out preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic on machines, equipment and fixture 

• Good knowledge in medium and low voltage electrical system including motor and motor controls, protection system, distribution and generation design, electrical infrastructure design, and familiar with the relevant engineering standards. 

• Required to standby on-call for electrical matters or machinery breakdown

[Field Technician]

• Plant Operations & Quality Control: Perform daily operational tasks—including chemical preparation, equipment start-up/shutdown, sampling, and basic troubleshooting—while monitoring processes to ensure product quality specifications are met.

• Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping: Adhere strictly to EHS rules, SOPs/WIs, ISO standards (9001 & 14001), and maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times.

• Documentation & Shift Handover: Record process parameters, complete required log sheets, and communicate concise operational updates during daily shift handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions.

• Operational Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with plant trials or process improvement initiatives, report operational issues to superiors, and execute additional duties as assigned.

[IETS & Utilities Technician]

• Plant Operations & Maintenance: Execute daily field tasks—including chemical solution preparation, equipment start-ups/shutdowns, pump operations, filter changes, and basic troubleshooting—to support efficient plant performance.

• Quality & Process Control: Conduct system monitoring, collect samples, perform plant trials, and complete required log sheets and checklists to meet quality standards and support continuous improvement.

• Safety & ISO Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to EHS rules, SOPs/WIs, and ISO standards (9001 & 14001) while keeping work areas clean to ensure a safe, compliant environment.

• Communication & Shift Handover: Report operational changes to superiors, document logs, and participate in daily shift handover meetings with the Boardman and Utilities Engineer for seamless team transitions.

[QA Technician]

• Quality Testing & Inspection: Perform routine sampling, physical testing, and laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure full compliance with quality specifications.

• Process & ISO Compliance: Monitor production lines to ensure strict adherence to SOPs, internal quality standards, and ISO certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9001), promptly reporting any out-of-spec deviations.

• Calibration & Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab test equipment, ensuring all measurement instruments remain accurate, safe, and ready for continuous testing.

• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Complete accurate inspection logs, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defect tracking, and support root-cause investigations to drive ongoing quality improvements.
